An Instagram Business or Creator account linked to your Facebook Page. Switching from a personal account is free in the Instagram settings.
Can I schedule Stories?
Yes. Choose Story in the Instagram options and use vertical 9:16 photos or videos.
Can I post to Facebook and Instagram at the same time?
Yes. Select both accounts, write the text once and set one time or a different time for each.
